For me, real estate has never been simply about buying and selling property—it’s about people, relationships, trust, and doing the right thing.

As a Georgia native with more than three decades of experience in real estate, property management, sales, marketing, negotiation, and development, I bring a depth of knowledge to every transaction that can only come from years of hands-on experience. Now proudly affiliated with Virtual Properties Realty, I continue to serve my clients with the same commitment to integrity, professionalism, and personal service that has defined my career.

Integrity has always been the foundation of my business. My goal is to represent every client honestly, ethically, and professionally while providing the level of service I would expect for myself and my own family. I believe success comes from hard work, continued education, strong communication, careful attention to detail, and a willingness to go the extra mile when it matters most.

Throughout my career, I have worked with residential homes, luxury properties, investment properties, new construction, land, commercial real estate, property management, and development projects. That broad experience allows me to look beyond the transaction itself and help clients understand the bigger picture—whether they are preparing a home for market, negotiating a complicated purchase, evaluating an investment, or determining the best strategy for a property.

Marketing is one of my particular passions. I combine traditional real estate experience with modern digital marketing, social media, SEO, professional presentation, and creative property positioning to help my listings stand out in a competitive marketplace. I believe every property deserves a thoughtful, customized marketing strategy—not simply a sign in the yard and a listing in the MLS.

I am also passionate about mentoring other real estate professionals. I have always believed it is much easier to learn to do something the right way from the beginning than to correct bad habits later. Sharing the knowledge I have gained throughout my career and helping newer agents build strong ethical and professional foundations is one of the most rewarding parts of this business.

Having spent my life in Georgia, I offer my clients genuine local knowledge along with an understanding of the neighborhoods, communities, growth patterns, and lifestyles that make Metro Atlanta and North Georgia such desirable places to call home. My primary areas of service include Cobb, Cherokee, Pickens, and Fulton Counties, as well as surrounding communities.

At the end of the day, I want my clients to remember more than the house they bought or sold. I want them to remember that they had someone in their corner who listened, worked hard, protected their interests, told them the truth, and treated their transaction as though it were my own.
